Mr. McFarland has been lead counsel in complicated Family Law matters with combined community property assets of over $10-million in each case; contested Termination of Parental Rights Cases on behalf of Parents in Dependency Court, advanced Grandparent Rights cases, Business Litigation, Probate Litigation, Construction Disputes, Mechanic's Liens, Unfair Competition and Anti-Trust Claims, to name a few in his distinguished career. He has handled all aspects of civil and criminal litigation, from investigation to appellate proceedings, as well as administrative hearings.

Mr. McFarland holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola University School of Law, Los Angeles. He is a former partnr of McFarland & Zinn, and a former Deputy District Attorney of Orange County, Major Frauds Division. He is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts in California
